2. Purpose of Our Material

Our purpose is to help students understand how academic work can be researched, structured, prepared and presented.
Where applicable, material supplied to a student may be provided as:
“ACADEMIC REFERENCE / SAMPLE – NOT FOR DIRECT SUBMISSION.”
The purpose is to help the student understand the work and develop their own academic response.

3. Watermarked Reference Material

Where we provide sample or reference work, it may carry a visible watermark.
The watermark is used to identify the material as reference/support material.
Students are strictly prohibited from removing the watermark for the purpose of misrepresenting the material or submitting it as their own work.

4. No Direct Copying

Students must not simply copy our supplied reference material and represent it as their own work where their educational institution does not permit such use.
The student is responsible for developing and submitting their own final academic work in accordance with their institution's rules.

5. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

• understanding their institution's rules;

• checking whether external academic assistance is permitted;

• reviewing the material provided;

• conducting their own learning and preparation;

• appropriately acknowledging sources where required;

• preparing their final submission according to their institution's requirements.
   

6. Academic Integrity

We do not support:

• plagiarism;

• examination impersonation;

• taking exams for another person;

• fabricated research;

• fake academic records;

• fraudulent academic activity;

• deliberately misleading an educational institution.
   

7. Exams and Tests

Inteliq Brijj Solutions does not provide examination or test-taking services on behalf of students.
Customers must not request such services.

8. No Guaranteed Marks

We do not guarantee:

• marks;

• grades;

• passing;

• distinction;

• university acceptance;

• admission;

• scholarships;

• or any particular academic result.
   

9. Customer Information

Customers should provide accurate information and only provide documents or materials that they are permitted to share with us.

10. Payment

The applicable price will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Additional work resulting from major changes to the original requirements may require additional payment.

11. Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
Delays caused by late instructions, missing information, changes in requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, original resources and proprietary content belong to Inteliq Brijj Solutions or the applicable rights holder.
Customers must not copy, resell or commercially distribute our proprietary content without permission.

13. Right to Refuse

We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it involves:

• unlawful activity;

• examination impersonation;

• fraud;

• serious academic misconduct;

• misuse of our services.
   

14. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India.
Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
